<p><span style="font-size:8.5pt;color:black;font-family:Verdana;">Bland mel, sukker, bakepulver, salt og natron i en stor bolle.<br />
I en mindre bolle blandes olje/vann/bakepulver, deretter tilsettes eplejuice og oljen.<br />
</span><span style="font-size:8.5pt;color:black;font-family:Verdana;">Bland dette inn i den tørre blandingen. Rør godt og fyll hver muffinsform 2/3 full.<br />
Stekes ca. 18 min. eller til de er gyldne på 200 grader midt i ovnen.</span></p>

<p>Rør det tørre sammen<br />
Rør inn vann til konsistensen er “litt” seigere enn grøt<br />
Dælj en passe dæsj i muffinsformene.</p>
<p>Deigen vil heve under steking pga bakepulveret, så spar litt plass til hevestørrelsen. Antall rundstykker du får ut av denne mengden deig kommer litt ann på størrelsen på muffinsformene dine. Jeg fikk 6 store rundstykker ut av denne mengden.</p>
<p>Stek rundstykkene i ca 20 minutter (på 200C).</p>

Varmluftsovn: 180 grader i 50 min. Begge brett i ovnen.<br />
Vanlig ovn: Begge brett inni ovnen, bytt plass på brettene etter halve tiden. Om de ikke er ferdig etter 50 min, la de stå 15-20 min lengre. Eller lengre. Du ser.<br />
Uansett ovn: Sett døra på gløtt og avkjøl knekkebrødene i ovnen når de er ferdig.<br />
Så er det bare å knase i vei! Med <span style="text-decoration:line-through;">ost</span> [makrell i tomat] eller andre godsaker.<br />

<p>Brødet kan varieres med krydder. Hvis Du bruker karve males denne med saltet. Evt anis. Brødet kan også varieres med frø ( sesam, lin og solsikkefrø).</p>
<p>Rør deigen godt sammen i maskin. Den blir omtrent som havregrøt. Den får heve i 15 min i formen som er smurt med olivenolje. Stikk dypt ned med kniv flere steder i brødet før du setter det i ovn ved 200 grader C. Dermed unngår du at brødet fårhull midt i . Det hever seg godt!</p>
<p>Tilsett gjerne 2-3ss olje og 1-2ss fiberhusk for et saftigere brød. Minsk gjærmengde og forleng heve- og steketid.<br />
Senk ovnstemperaturen til 170°C.</p>

Rull deigen til lengder og del dem i jevnstore emner som trilles til små boller.<br />
Stek 15 minutt på 150 grader midt i ovnen. Åpne ikke underveis. De skal være lyse og sprukket på overflaten.</p>

<p>Kok opp margarin, sukker, sirup, vann, kanel og nellik. Kjøl dette ned. Rør natronen ut i halvparten av melet og tilsett den avkjølte væsken. Rør inn litt og litt mer mel til deigen blir passe tykk. Ta deigen ut av bollen og elt den på benken til den blir glatt og fin. Sett den i kjøleskapet til neste dag.</p>
<p>Kjevle ut deigen og stikk ut figurer. Stekes ved 150 grader til de er passe brune. (12-15 min).</p>

<p>Dette er en gammel oppskrift på lettlagde småkaker. Blander du kakao i halvparten av deigen får du to kakesorter av samme deig.</p>
<p>Bland hjortetaksalt i melet.</p>
<p>Smuldre smør og mel. Tilsett sukker. Arbeid alt godt sammen til en jevn deig. Del deigen og tilsett kakao i halvparten om så ønskes.</p>
<p>Rull deigen ut til lengder. Del dem i mindre biter og form små boller.</p>
<p>Sett bollene på  plater med bakepapir. Lag en fordypning i hver bolle med tommelfingeren.</p>
<p>Stek kakene ved 150 C ca 20 minutter.</p>
